Low fat steak stir fry.

Matured rump steak from locally sourced prime cattle, marinated in a rich burgundy sauce.

As a well known Oswestry butcher we believe it is important to our customers to understand the process to make this delicious low fat meal. Before marinating the rump steak we leave it to hang for 28 days giving it plenty of time to mature adding flavour and increasing the quality of texture. Once we believe the steak, has matured enough and is of a high enough quality we then go on to trim and slice the rump ready to be marinated in the traditional thick burgundy sauce with  fresh sliced peppers, red onions, button mushrooms and seasonings helping to boost that flavour.

With this low fat ready meal all you have to do is simply cook it in a wok or a frying pan for 10 minutes and then it is ready for you to enjoy.
